MAKING HOTEL RESERVATIONS ONLINE: The Sheraton has assigned a "Group Block ID" to InConJunction, so you can now reserve your hotel rooms online via the Sheraton's Reservation Web Page and be assured that you're getting the correct group room rate.

The Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites will do their best to meet your needs for special rooms or assistance.

Please note: Special conference rates are available up to the date of the convention. After the reservation cutoff date, all reservations will be subject to availability. Early response is suggested. The Sheraton has gone a long way to insure that our guests and attendees feel welcome. Please return the favor by tipping the staff and by always being kind and courteous to the staff as well as other hotel guests.

Special Note: If you are having any difficulties reserving a hotel room (e.g. you've been told that no rooms are available, or that the staff isn't aware of the special rates for InConJunction) then please contact the convention organizers via e-mail and let them know. Please include your name and contact information, and if possible the type of room you were requesting, the number of nights of your stay, the date(s) and time(s) you spoke with the reservation department and the name of the reservations agent with which you spoke. We'll do our best to help resolve the issue and make sure that you have a room for the weekend.
