[InConJunctionVendorApplicants] InConJunction 2013 Dealers' Room & Creators' Alley Update

I just wanted to send a quick email to everyone that has signed up for
vendor booth space in the InConJunction Dealers' Room, as well as our
Creators' Alley participants, and let all of you know that everything has
been proceeding quite well.

 

Invoices were sent out to Dealers' Room vendors on Friday, May 24th, so if
you haven't yet received an invoice please contact me via
dealersroom at inconjunction.org to let me know. Creators' Alley participants
might not have been "officially" invoiced as the process for obtaining a
Creator's Alley table is a lot less formal the vendor process. But do not
fear, if you're receiving this email we have your information and you can be
assured that your space has been reserved.

 

There have been some updates to the Dealers' Room layout to include a few
more Creators' Alley tables and (if you haven't already seen the new layout)
you'll notice that the Creator's Alley is now a "walk-through" area, instead
of being a dead-end cul-de-sac like it was last year. Also, the
pipe-and-drape between the Creator's Alley and Vendor areas will be
waist-height this year instead of full-height as it was last year. We heard
your concerns and hope this improves the traffic in the area and creates a
more unified feel between the two areas (maybe the vendors can get in on the
paper-airplane war this year).

 

I encourage everyone to go to the "Dealers' Room 2013" tab via the
http://inconjunction.org/dept/dealersroom/floorplan.php link, which always
forwards to the current and most recently updated expo hall floor-plan.
Don't bookmark the page to which the link above forwards, because with each
new revision the link above forwards to a different location with the most
recent updates.

 

I also would like to strongly encourage all vendors to go to
http://inconjunction.org/dept/dealersroom/ and make sure that their
information is current and correct in the Vendors List. Everyone with a the
Creators' Alley table should go to
http://www.inconjunction.org/dept/moreinfo/ page and do the same. Remember
that we do provide the ability to link to your web-site, Facebook page, etc.
on both the Vendor List and the Guest List. So if that information is
missing let me know and I'll make sure that gets updated as well.

 

If there is anything else I can do to make your InConJunction Expo Hall
experience as easy as possible please let me know. I'll try my best to meet
your needs.
