Dear Artist: 
 
You are invited to show your art Friday
through Sunday, July 4th – 6th, 2014, at InConJunction 34, a science fiction
and fantasy convention to be held at the Indianapolis Marriott East. (Indianapolis, Indiana)

 
If you wish to participate in this
year's show please reply via e-mail to the address listed at the bottom of this
letter or by postal mail with your name and postal address, indicating how much
space you wish to reserve. Please include your display fees with your
reservation or send the fees shortly thereafter if reserving by email.  
 
The website at bottom of this letter is
your source for art show fees, rules and forms. Feel free to make copies of
these forms. Please use only these forms. Do not make up your own. 
 
This year we have an entirely new art
Show committee.  Past con-chair Robin R.
Brunner, and past art show chairs Dennis Ciurej and Lynn Ciurej have offered
their assistance and years of expertise.  Also Art Show and convention founder David Henninger is serving in an
advisory capacity. 
 
One important change!  This year for the first time we will have a
silent auction.  Rather than having a
piece go to a voice auction after a prescribed number of bids, the entire
battle for a piece will take place on the bid sheet.  The highest bid on that sheet at 5:00 pm
Saturday of the con is the winning bid.  If a piece is especially contested the committee will ensure that
additional paper for bids is provided.
 
There will again be a print shop if you
wish to send items for direct sales at the art show.
 
If you are going to be present at
InConJunction and would like to meet your public you are invited to rent a
table at our Creators Alley.  This is
similar to the Artist's Alley at other cons but includes other creators as well
such as authors and game creators.
