Dear Artist:

You have received this because you have requested information about the InConJunction Art Show at some point in the past or you are an artist or agent of SF or fantasy art who we feel would be interested in our convention.  If you are not interested and wish to be removed from this list please reply "remove me" and your name will be deleted.

You are invited to show your art Friday through Sunday, July 4 - July 6, 2003, at InConJunction XXIII, a science fiction and fantasy convention.  At $6.00 per 3’ by 3’ panel or half-table and 10% commission, InConJunction still has among the lowest fees in fandom today.

Our author guest and gaming guest this year are Elizabeth Moon and Peter Adkison, respectively.  Our media guests are Anthony Montgomery from Enterprise and Richard Herd from V and SeaQuest DSV.  Our artist guests are Penny Juday and Anthony Fredrickson.

Something new we are attempting this year is to have a list of the reserved artists with links to their Web pages and a small representative sample of their art, if the artist chooses to submit one.  These files will be electronically “watermarked” to prevent e-theft.  If you wish us to include a jpg or gif with your name on our artist list, you can either email it to artshow@inconjunction.org or include a disc with your reservation.  Bear in mind that our Webmaster will be modifying them for size and watermarking, and your inclusion of the file implies that you are permitting us to modify them in this manner and display them on our InConJunction XXIII Art Show page (and no other).

InConJunction XXIII will have a print shop again this year.  Works in the print shop do not go to auction and must have a price tag on each piece.

If you wish to participate in this year's show please reply with your name and snail mail address, indicating approximately how many pieces you expect to send and how much space you wish to reserve.  You may include your rental fees either with your art or with your reservation.  We also accept PayPal if you wish to make an online payment. We have included forms with this mailing.  You may make copies as needed.  If you would rather, the forms are also available in Excel format on the abovementioned Web page for printing.
