Advertising Rates
The InConJunction program book is an 8.5" x 11" booklet, with traditional centerfold.
All ads must be camera-ready art or on computer disk. Program Book Advertisement Deadline - May 15th

Advertiser Agreement
- The Advertiser agrees to pay the total due in full on or before May 1, 2006.
- If needed, ads will be recreated FREE OF CHARGE, however it is up the Advertiser to provide any camera-ready photos/artwork. Any special layout charges will be passed onto the Advertiser. Advertiser will proof ads prior to printing.
- InConJunction reserves the right to reject any advertisement due to space limitations or for any other reason. If the ad is rejected, InConJunction agrees to refund the Advertiser's money.
- Advertiser warrants and assumes full responsibility concerning the right to use any name, address, trademark, service mark or copy in any advertisement and for determining that such usage conforms in all respect to all applicable licenses, laws, and regulations, including but not limited to all requirements of local, state, or federal authorities.
- Because of the nature of the program book and the amount of work involved in securing advertising, laying out the ads, and organizing the program book, no contract shall be cancelable nor will any monies be refunded if the Advertiser decides not to run its ad after signing this advertising agreement.
- InConJunction will use reasonable skill to assure that all phone number and advertisement are correct, however, if for some reason a phone number or advertisement is incorrect, or otherwise improperly printed, InConJunction's liability is hereby expressly limited to the price of the ad placed by the Advertiser.
- This agreement reflects the entire agreement between the Advertiser and InConJunction with respect to matters contained herein and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements. All modification to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Send your advertisment(s), along with your contact name, e-mail address, phone and/or fax number, company name, address, and payment to the address shown below before the above mentioned deadline. Most photos can be scanned for no additional fee. A proof will be faxed or e-mailed to you for your approval. If you would like your advertisment material(s) returned to you include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
