Dealers' Room
Table rates for InConJunction XXIX are $50 per table. Convention registrations are not included with any of the tables.
Everyone in the Dealers' Room, Dealers included, must have an InConJunction badge. Dealers who
get their application in on time (by March 1st) will get a
special pre-registration price of $30 per person. (Those Dealers who apply for tables but do
not get them can still take advantage of this special registration price. Simply contact the
Dealers' Room Chair if this is the case.) Registrations can also be bought at the convention
for $40 per person. Tables are 6'x30". TheDealers' Room will contain about 60 tables. There
will be an enforced table limit of 4 tables. Please limit yourself to only the number of tables
you need.
InConJunction's goal is to have a Dealers' Room filled with a wide
variety of quality merchandise. To attain this goal, dealers will be
selected by a jury process. Dealers will be expected to adhere to any
applicable laws governing the sale of merchandise. No bootleg
merchandise will be allowed in the InConJunction Dealers' Room.
Applications must be received by March 1st, 2009.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND MONEY AT THIS TIME. After March 15th, 2009, you will receive an
email stating whether or not you have been accepted into this year's Dealers' Room. Those dealers
who have been accepted will have a month within which to purchase tables. If they fail to do so,
their tables will be sold to someone else. IF you have been informed that your application has
been accepted, you can pay for your tables online via PayPal.
If you have any recommendations or suggestions that you would like to share with us, please
