Dealers' Room
In order to allow for more optimal layout, the Dealers' Room for InConJunction
XXXI will shift from reserving tables to reserving square footage (that includes
tables).
Below, you will find the selection of space options available, along with the
number of free tables included with each space. You will have the opportunity
to request the number of tables you would like to have in your space, as well -
in case you wish to have more or fewer than the number that come with your
space. (Tables are 6' long and approximately 2.5' wide. A limited number of
half-width tables may be available - contact the Dealers Room Chair for
details.)
Convention registrations are not included in Dealers' Room prices. Everyone in
the Dealers' Room, dealers and assistants included, must have an InConJunction
badge. Dealers whose applications are received by April 16, 2011 will get a
special pre-registration price of $30 per person. (Those dealers whose
applications are rejected can still take advantage of this special registration
price. Simply contact the Dealers' Room coordinator if this is the case.)
Registrations can also be purchased at the convention for $45 per person.
InConJunction's goal is to have a Dealers' Room filled with a wide variety of
quality merchandise. To achieve this goal, dealers will be selected by a jury
process. Dealers will be expected to adhere to all applicable state and federal
laws governing the sale of merchandise. No bootleg merchandise is to be sold in
the InConJunction Dealers' Room. Please refer to the
Vendor Information Packet
for additional information.
Applications must be received by April 16th, 2011. DO NOT SEND MONEY AT THIS TIME. After
May 1st, 2011, you will be contacted to let you know whether or
not you have been accepted into this year's Dealers' Room. Those dealers who
have been accepted will have one month from the date of notification within
which to finalize their purchase. If they fail to do so, their space will be
sold to someone else. If you have been informed that your application has been
accepted, you can pay for your space online via PayPal.
Space location selection will be offered in the order in which payments are
received.
If you have any recommendations or suggestions that you would like to share with
us, please feel free to contact our Dealers' Room coordinator
via e-mail.
