Hi everyone!

Our webmaster found an issue with the web form, actually two of them.
First one if you are using an older version of Internet Explorer you may
have run into issues.  He has fixed that issue.

He also found that if you signed up for a panel and said either that you
would moderate it, or would be on it, you were not automatically signed up
for it.  He has fixed that as well.

So the next time you log in to the form it will show you as a panelist,
and you won't be able to unselect that.
